Assorted Salads to Include:

Tomato, Basil & Onion Salad, Four Leaf Salad,

Beetroot & Onion Salad, Curried Potato Salad.

Crispy Petit Pains and Butter

Home Made Cheese Cake and Cream

Luscious Fresh Fruit Salad and Dairy Cream




Guests come to the buffet table to be served the main course, they can choose one two or all three main dishes they then help themselves to the accompaniments.

They return to the buffet table to choose their sweet.




Served cold, hot or a mixture of both

Whole Poached Scotch Salmon, Whole Roast Norfolk Turkey, Whole Roast Gammon Ham,

Roast Rib of Local Beef, Asparagus, Sweet corn & Red Pepper Flan.

All are highly decorated and carved at the buffet table by our Chefs when served cold or if served hot our chefs carve and serve “carvery style”

New Potatoes served Hot in Butter with Parsley

Tomato, Onion and Cucumber Salad, Mixed English Leaves with Cesar Dressing

Individually crafted sweets of:

Tartlets Cour a la Crème pastry cases filled with pastry cream and fresh fruit

Pineapple Surprise a pineapple boat filled with fresh pineapple, crushed meringue and whipped cream topped with kiwi fruit

The price of the buffet menu includes ALL crockery, cutlery, tablecloths, serviettes and waitress service.
